James F. Loftus, IV
James F. Loftus is the Chief Operating Officer of Seven Mountains Media, operating 65 radio signals and a national digital media and audio company in 8 Pennsylvania and New York markets.
A career Broadcaster, he was formerly president and CEO of WBEB Radio in Philadelphia. He served as a Vice President/General Manager with CBS/Philadelphia for 11 years and before that was COO at Times-Shamrock Communications, in Scranton, Penn. He is a member of the board of directors of St. Mary’s Villa Nursing Home and Villa Residence in Elmhurst, Penn., and past board chairman. James is also a former board member of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s Catholic Charities Appeal and is currently board Chairman of the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters.
Jim joined the Covenant board in 2011. His service includes committee membership on the Finance and the Sponsorship & Governance Committees. “My service to Covenant Health spans nearly 10 years,” said Jim. “And, over 20 at St. Mary’s Villa. We all strive to continue the Sisters’ work, advancing the Healing Mission of Jesus and serving the poor and marginalized in our communities.” Jim resides in the Pocono Mountains of PA with his wife, Renee and adult daughter Riley
