Covenant Health Welcomes Michelle Marshall as Its New Vice President of Marketing, Strategy and Innovation


Michelle MarshallCovenant Health is pleased to welcome Michelle Marshall as its new Vice President of Strategy, Marketing and Innovation. Michelle will work in collaboration with leadership at all Covenant Health organizations to plan, develop and implement strategic growth and marketing efforts integral to the healthcare system’s goals and objectives. In this capacity, she will also focus on research and data as well as forecasting and market analysis.

Michelle comes to Covenant Health after tenure as National Strategy Program Director at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Mass. Prior to that role, she was the Director of Marketing and Communications at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, N.H. Michelle earned her Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management and her undergraduate degree from Simmons College, both in Boston, Mass. She is an active member of the New England Society for Healthcare Strategy (NESHS). She also serves as co-chair of Ambrose Elementary School’s Fifth Grade Committee and teaches CCD at St. Eulalia’s Parish, both in Winchester, Mass.
