Today, Covenant Health announced it has completed the acquisition of the Bangor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after the Department of Health and Human Services for the State of Maine approved the transition.
“We’re incredibly pleased to welcome Bangor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to the Covenant Health family as a member,” says, Covenant Health President/CEO, Stephen J. Grubbs. “The Covenant team will support the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in expanding resources and clinical expertise as well as improving best practices for the Penobscot County community it serves.”
